Excellent communication and service. Extremely knowledgeable and made sound suggestions for keeping my car healthy. This place is not one of those who try to “hard sell” you into work you don’t need. Concierge service picked my car and returned it end of day. My service rep Robert gave me frequent updates and was very patient with my many questions. Walked me through everything I needed to know. I don’t think I’ll take my car anywhere else!!

Easily made my service appointment for the next day on the website. Arrived and greeted nicely. Intake was smooth. I waited in their lounge area as my car was serviced. They sent me a report to review the results of the inspection and to approve or deny any additional recommended services. Checkout was easy, Robert was very friendly and available for questions.
Steve was very helpful and attentive to our repair needs. He was able to text us in a timely manner and was overall very pleasant to work with. Highest recommendation.

My experience was amazing. As soon as I got there we were kindly greeted and introduced to Maria Hernandez who helped us from beginning to end and answered all my questions. And can I just say she is the most patient person ever? That alone was kindly appreciated. We got to meet the manager. This is my second time working with Allen to service my car, and every time he has provided nothing but excellent service. As a woman, bringing your car in for service can sometimes feel intimidating, but he always takes the time to walk me through everything and make sure I’m comfortable with the decisions being made regarding my vehicle. I truly appreciate his professionalism, patience, and customer care.
Excellent service, my service advisor Allen Escobedo whom I highly recommend started my service right away even though I forgot to make an appointment And I was done in about 45 minutes as promised. Never had any issues when I had more major service done previously also. And everybody in the service center is so nice and polite especially the Manager unlike some other service centers. So I highly recommend my advisor and the service center for your car service.
Ive been coming ti noho honda for 20 years. Today’s visit was to use a coupon for an oil change . The offer included any make of vehicle in household . Steve shaboud was attentive and expedited the work .

Robert the senior service advisor is literally the best (and I have never said this) at what he does. And the service technician, Yejish, is also the best at what he does. If you want white glove service and honesty, Robert is your man! If Honda of North Hollywood ever lost Robert or got rid of him, I’d stop going there. That’s how good he is!
