If you need someone fair and honest, Rodolfo is the guy to go too. He was honest with me and he also fought for us to get the car we wanted after not being able to take it the first time. A couple days later that car was ours with no money down and payment met to where I was comfortable. He kept calling and checking in, giving us updates, etc until the car was ours. If you ever find yourself at this dealership, ask for Rodolfo.

The reason for this is cuz I toke my car in for the recall and I was told I can’t get the recall done until I get acouple of things done first before the recall which is BS, and those things cost alittle over $4,000 dollars. So it was just a waste of my time going and calling it in and driving over there.
Great service, got a same day appointment for changing my differential oil. The staff were great! Steve help me get a coupon to reduce my cost. Gave four stars because of the price. $23 for the oil and $5 for a washer $172 for labor for a 15 minute job and that was with a $50 coupon.

Driving out of the service area, my car was purring down the street! Also a miracle happened. Last time my car apparently needed new shocks, a very pricey fix, which I declined. This time, my shocks were healed and were in good working condition!

I have had very pleasant experiences at the NOHO Honda service department. I brought my Insight in on Saturday and Robert was so amazing! He and the technician Michael were extremely helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. Robert even had someone drive to a Woodland Hills location to get a part I needed! Concierge service picked my car and returned it end of day. My service rep Robert gave me frequent updates and was very patient with my many questions. Walked me through everything I needed to know. This is my second time working with Allen to service my car, and every time he has provided nothing but excellent service. As a woman, bringing your car in for service can sometimes feel intimidating, but he always takes the time to walk me through everything and make sure I’m comfortable with the decisions being made regarding my vehicle. I truly appreciate his professionalism, patience, and customer care.
Excellent service, my service advisor Allen Escobedo whom I highly recommend started my service right away even though I forgot to make an appointment And I was done in about 45 minutes as promised. Never had any issues when I had more major service done previously also. And everybody in the service center is so nice and polite especially the Manager unlike some other service centers. So I highly recommend my advisor and the service center for your car service.
